Hi! I am Ruby, a beauty enthusiast who loves trying out makeup and skin care.

My first love is make-up before I got interested in skin care. I never see makeup to transform a person's appearance or to cover up imperfections. I perceive it to be a way to enhance beauty and a confidence booster. I joined makeup workshop/class for personal and professional makeup artistry to learn about it and to eventually be a real life professional makeup artist (hopefully).

My interest in skin care started when I celebrated my 24th birthday in South Korea. I researched "What to buy in South Korea?" and skin care appeared on the list. I did a further research about the choices of skin care to make a list. This is way back in 2016 and korean skin care is not that popular yet here in the Philippines. I ended up not buying anything on my list though because I got overwhelmed when we were there and there's a lot of promotions too! I got a lot of skin care that time and I am blaming the "it's my birthday" reason. Since then, I got hooked in skin care! Also, we are not allowed to wear makeup at work so my excuse was that I need to have good skin!

I also dreamed about putting up my own blog someday like Ms. Liz of Project Vanity and Ms. Martha of the Beauty Junkee. I remember myself binge reading their articles! This is my nth attempt in fulfilling that dream. I will try my very best to sustain this as I did with my instagram page. I hope that you will be with me as I grow in this community and as I explore more about beauty and everything under the sun. I promise to provide honest reviews and come up with contents about things that I love.

Yadah Be My Tint and Auto Lip Crayon Review and Swatch

Glamourboxph  sent me a couple of lip products from Yadah . I will share in this post my thoughts about them and their swatches! Before I start, I want to share my preference when it comes to lippies. The outline of my lips is dark so I always prefer lip products with opaque pigmentation that will cover it nicely.
